How to open EML and MSG files safely
EML and EMLX files store internet-message headers, body parts, and attachments. MSG is Outlook's compound binary format. This page reads both in your browser, then puts the message body in a sandbox with no script permission and a policy that blocks network requests.
The link receipt calls out plain HTTP, IP-address destinations, punycode, embedded credentials, displayed-domain mismatches, and common login or payment wording. Those are reasons to inspect a link, not proof of fraud. Copy an address and check it independently when a message asks for credentials or money.
Exports that work on phones
