Field note
Print one or hundreds of envelopes from a private CSV
Paste addresses separated by blank lines, or switch to CSV and map your spreadsheet columns. The preview, address list, PDF, and PNG stay in this browser.
CSV mail merge without Word
The importer recognizes common headers such as Full Name, Street Address, City, State, and ZIP Code. Check the mapping before export. A single PDF page is created for each recipient, up to 500 recipients per run.
Fix printer alignment
If every address prints too far left, right, up, or down, adjust the horizontal and vertical offsets in millimeters. Turn on the one-inch test grid, print one sheet, measure the error, then enter the correction before using real envelopes.
#10, A7, and international sizes
#10 is the common U.S. business envelope. A7 is widely used for 5 × 7 invitations. DL, C5, and C6 cover common international stationery. Pick the same custom paper size in the printer dialog and disable scaling.
Printing from iPhone or Android
Save / share creates an exact-page PDF and opens the system share sheet when supported. Save it to Files, Drive, or another app, then print through AirPrint, Android’s print service, or a printer app.
